What counts as an admin vs a worker?
An admin is anyone with back-office access — scheduling, invoicing, reporting. A worker uses the mobile app to see their schedule and report their work. You only pay the higher rate for the people who need the office tools.
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. A solo operator or a small team (one admin and up to three workers) can run on SweepOS for free, with no time limit and no credit card.
Can I change plans as I grow?
Anytime. Add or remove seats whenever your team changes — billing adjusts automatically.
Do you lock in my data?

Which currency am I billed in?
